What Motivates us?
From a young age, Aditya witnessed the transformative power of entrepreneurship within his family’s business. Seeing how innovation and determination could uplift not just a company but an entire community, he developed a deep desire to create value that extends beyond personal success. Empathising with the challenges faced by MSMEs, Aditya is motivated to enable these businesses through technology and innovation, giving them tools to thrive rather than just survive.
For Ishan, the drive came from a family legacy of public service, social impact and entrepreneurship. This instilled in him values of service, fairness, and perseverance. His motivation stems from a deeply ingrained desire to solve complex problems. Together, their mission is simple but ambitious: to unlock the potential of small and medium enterprises, helping them build the competencies required to grow, innovate, and fuel the next wave of economic progress.
