Through our service model innovation, we aim to disrupt the way companies engage management consulting services. We are building technology to scale this innovation through modular blocks - pre-solutioning support, solutioning, and post-solutioning validation - empowering organizations to choose exactly what they need, when they need it. This flexibility ensures structured decision-making support that is both high-quality and cost-efficient. To achieve this, we are developing tools that automate redundant tasks across data analysis and insight generation, dramatically increasing user productivity and reducing the cost of structured decision-making support. In parallel, we want to empower users with DIY learning modules - an immersive, case-based curriculum designed to help them think, learn and upskill as they solve problems.  At TheStrategyCell, our vision is to combine traditional consulting rigor with marketplace flexibility, making strategic problem solving more accessible, affordable, and impactful than ever before. 

TSgC Club is a private network for high-performing individuals, think PE, IB, consulting, tech and the next generation of entrepreneurs, from family businesses, start-ups. The idea is to bring together members to connect, learn, and collaborate. It’s more of a professional community of friends than a public group. 

The Club is a private network that helps us build the community side of the platform experts, mentors, and potential clients. It’s not a marketing channel; it’s a place to develop relationships and field-test ideas for the platform. 

Our early members are people we know personally: school and college batch mates, extended family friends, and close contacts of ours. Membership has grown organically through introductions. It’s intentionally private so the group stays high-trust and authentic. Introductions matter here. 

Right now, we have an active presence in India across Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata and we’re launching at Oxford, UK.

If you dissolve a study group on the 15th day of the first month of starting the study, you don't pay anything, i.e. first 15 days of any study/service is free if you choose "Dissolve Study Groups (2A)", post which any 15th day would round up.  

As per TSgC's guidelines, a consultant is required to provide a total of 30 hours of free service under the "Dissolve Study Groups (2A)" provision. If the consultant completes these 30 hours before the 15-day period, they are not obligated to provide any additional service. However, should the consultant choose to offer extra hours beyond the required 30, they are free to do so at their discretion. 

We are very selective when it comes to approving a 100% success-fee-based study/service, with that being said, we evaluate the credibility of our customers holistically (based on multiple parameters). We are looking for cases to facilitate path-breaking intellectual assets.

The cost of TheStrategyCell's consulting services vary depending on the scope of the project. We offer competitive rates and work with our clients to find a pricing structure that works for them.
